For medical & community service teams

Run your whole
mission trip from one app.

Mission Team is the command center for medical, surgical and community service teams travelling overseas — patients, supplies, schedule, flights and team chat in one calm place.

§ 01 — Why

Mission trips run on text threads, paper printouts and shared spreadsheets. They shouldn't.

The trip itself might run a week or two, but a surgical mission takes months to pull off — the lead-up, the days on the ground, and the follow-up that comes after. The team is assembled from four hospitals across two time zones and has never worked together. By the time you land, you've already sent forty messages, lost one packing list, and re-typed the same intake form three times.

Mission Team replaces the threads and spreadsheets with one calm place — built for the realities of operating overseas: spotty wifi, language barriers, and teams that plan for months, come together on the ground, then scatter back across continents.

§ 02 — What it does

§ 04 — In their words
“We used to coordinate the months of planning before a trip across a dozen text threads and a shared spreadsheet. Mission Team is the first tool that actually fits how a trip really works — invite the team once, see everything in one place, leave nothing on the airport floor.”

§ 06 — Frequently asked

Things people ask before signing up.

Each person is billed individually, and team leaders aren't billed at all. The person who creates a team leads it free, permanently. Everyone who joins via an invite code pays $5/month for their own seat — one seat covers all the teams that member belongs to. There's no per-team or whole-team invoice: leaders pay nothing, and each member manages and cancels their own $5/month seat from their Billing page.
